Real Mallorca won again thanks to a 3-1 success over Almería. The Islanders are 6th in the table with 20 points from their 11 games so far this campaign. Almería though did give Real Mallorca a scare. The hosts took the lead after just three minutes of the 2nd half placed, through Gonzalo Castro.
Almería though were level on 77 minutes before Real Mallorca re-took the lead thanks to Victor's strike with a minute left. Real made sure of the three points when Castro got his 2nd goal of the afternoon.
